Very disappointed. I recall my first Outback experience was in Honolulu in 1998 the long lines but the food was great. I've only been back 2 other times, both in Phoenix. Here in PTC I was very disappointed to where I'm daily saying to my family I will never go back to Outback. I checked the menu online first and decided to order from the gluten free menu. I ordered what I figure was a regular everyday meal the shrimp on the Barbie with a steak. It was only 2 of us. The drinks came 15 minutes after we were seated then we ordered, the bread came 15 min after that and the food 30 min after that. So the steak was warm and the small shrimp was a joke. The biggest item on this massive white plate was the baked potato which also was cold. Unfortunately I was dining with an old high school friend trying to get caught up and he was paying so I didn't want to cause a stir and seem unappreciative so I made a mental note to just vent on Yelp. Won't judge all Outbacks- but PTC is out.

Used to come here more often haven't been to the Peachtree City location in over a year Very disappointed the Outback special sirloin ordered median well was well done I ordered the potato soup and got a baked potato had to ask for bread 3 times Had to request bacon bits for salad twice. Only got tea refills after being completely out. Service and food quality have both declined I won't be back We went to location in Daytona Beach on vacation service was much better

Good steakhouse, not my favorite but it's good. Service has always been good for me; I've always had a pleasant experience. Appetizers are great here. I love the blooming onion! The Caesar salad here is one of the best in this area, and all the soups are great, baked potato soup is my favorite. The steaks are alright nothing special but good for the price. Stick with the sirloins here, it's not worth getting the more expensive steaks in my opinion. The high end expensive steaks are about twenty dollars and in my opinion your better spending that kind of money on a high end sirloin at a high end steak house then to spend twenty bucks on an expensive middle of the ground steak. The sweet potato here is on point, but the baked potato is a little dry. The atmosphere is great nice lighting and tall booths makes it feel very intimate! Final Verdict: good restaurant, good service, if you know what to order it is 4 stars worthy, some food options are only 3 star material though. Stick to the sirloin and the value is good.

Normally when we go to this particular Outback the service has always been courteous and attentive until we had a server with the initials S.M. I've never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcomed in a restaurant before. She was barking orders at us as soon as we received our drinks. We were immediately instructed to take our straw wrapper off and hand it to said server as she demands a clean table, which is rather curious as she did not prebus our table in the hour we sat there. From that time on we got her food and my wife's water stayed empty because she was being overly flirty with a table behind us( who sat after us and was gone before us). So then we sat confused waiting on her for a while to get my niece a Togo box and maybe dessert, but never happened. When she finally arrived back to the table she asked if we wanted our tabs separate or together. We went ahead and asked her for a box and decided to skip dessert and go somewhere else. So anyway we overtipped the server 15%( which me and my wife hardly ever tip as we have both been in the business and always tip 20% or more). Just to clear things up, this rating is for this particular visit and doesn't reflect the restaurant as a whole.

Food and service is awful, I agree. I ordered the porterhouse pork chop well done and it was cooked a little less to my liking but didn't want to complain, half way through it was just raw. Nothing they could do about it. I won't dine there again

Exceptional customer service and the food was not TOO bad. I got the ahi tuna as my entree and it actually was really good. Also their "Wallaby Darned" drink is really tasty.

Had another great meal at Outback in Peachtree last night. Had most of the family - 3 kids, my wife and mother-in-law dining with me. Steak was great, services was strong. Tried the Salmon as well - was very good. Dessert was a bit small for the price - but everyone liked You know what you get at Outback - all in all a great experience.

I had an absolutely TERRIBLE take out experience. I am rating this a 4 because I asked to speak with the manager. The manager, Kelly, displayed exceptional customer service skills. I am willing to forget about my experience and try PTC Outback again. Thank You Kelly!!

Our table had a variety of food, which was all tasty. Our Waitress, Meagan, delivered poor customer service. We had to ask her for the warm bread that is customarily brought to the table. She failed to offer the soup or salad that comes with the 3 course meal ordered. When we inquired she stated we should have asked or mentioned that we wanted the 1st course that comes with the 3 courses. It took 10 minutes for the soup to come. When asked for extra sauce that comes on the fish tacos she insisted that the thin creamy yellow colored sauce was Pico de Gallo and she could get that if we wanted. When she brought the food to the table she placed the plates in front of the wrong persons, easy mistake that could have been avoided had she simply asked. We were her only table...Bad customer service overshadowed good food.

I was shocked by the low quality steak I had at this outback location. I ordered the steak salad. It was bland except for the blue cheese and pecans. The actual steak was the biggest let down of all. It was cooked perfectly. However, the steak was almost impossible to cut and even worse to try to chew. I'm a steak girl through and though. It pained me to leave it all uneaten. Such a sad experience at a usually good restaurant chain.

Food was awful. Steak (18oz ribeye 18.00) was like licking a pepper mill, it was tough and half of it was fat. The table next to me had their food comped because the chef tried and failed twice to get a burger temp right. Service is slow and somewhat unfriendly. There is no wifi at all, and no cell signal at least on my carrier (AT&T). So if you are a business professional like me get ready for an hour of zero productivity.

Had lunch here with a friend visiting from out of town that wanted a good steak. Both of our meals were great and we thoroughly enjoyed the renovations they have done. Laura was great as our server and the manager even came over to chat with us. Really nice!

The service was awful!!! After a 45min wait our orders were taken quickly but everything else was slow slow slow. The waitress rarely checked in on us we had to ask for drink refills twice. We asked for more bread it never came . We sent back our blooming onion because it was way under cooked it never came back. The kids meals came out a good 30mins before the rest leaving the kids restless while the adults ate. One of our meals came with honey mustard sauce it took so long she was done with her meal. We also ordered a kids sundae (nothing but ice cream and hot fudge and cream it was 15mins before we got it.

So this is first time I've ever visited Outback Steakhouse and I've heard good and bad reviews left and right so it's never really been like my first choice when it comes to steakhouse. Tonight I had no choice as it was a company gathering with the managers and etc.. Anyway I ordered the rebeye medium cooked with a caesar salad and baked potatoe. Everything came out on time and I gotta say, that rebeye was d e l i c i o u s ! I mean it's not out of this world delicious but it was really good. Maybe I was just really hungry, maybe it was the two glasses of wine I had, maybe I was just lucky to have a good cook make it for me, whatever the case is I was very pleased with this steak. Hands down I don't care what anyone says about this place! No steak sauce was needed. I think I will definitely visit more of Outback Steakhouse.

Meh, not for me, mate! I came here because I received a gift card and I'm eating paleo right now. Planned on getting shrimp on the barbie, salad, and steak- and we did. Nothing dazzled. Price points were set for food of a higher quality than what we were served. $9 for eight tiny shrimp. $18 for a "ribeye" that looked like it came from a jenky winn dixie/wiggly, and tasted bland. The house salad was bagged iceberg, and we were served our salads without dressing at all. Waited 10 minutes to get dressing for the sad little salads (want to make a hungry person hangry? Bring them a salad like this!). The best thing we ate was sweet potato fries, but you know what? No one goes to a steakhouse for the fries. It was basically what you would expect if Applebees and Ryans ever had a restaurant-child. Came with a gift card. If I get another gift card, I'll save it for Yankee Swap. I was surprised by the low quality of the food because the building looked very new, and our server was very friendly, although I really hoped that she would have spoken with an Australian accent.

Usually have great service and food is always good. Normally do their curbside take out since it can be crowded on during the dinner hours. Last visit though had a horrible waitress, took forever to check on you. Yes she had a couple of tables but she wouldn't check on each table when she came out. She would stay in the back forever and even when we pre bussed our table she just let the dishes pile up. Other than that the food was good, just bad service that last visit.

My family and I went here because I received a gift card to Outback. This was my first time going here. Usually if we go out to dinner and its going to be steak we usually go to Ruth's Chris in Atlanta. It was a Friday night and the place was packed, so we waited at the bar for a table. I ordered a Sam Seasonal and my wife ordered the house red. The bar tender poured the Sam into a frosted mug (wrong thing for a Sam) and the beer was freezing cold. I am pretty picking about how my beer is served and different beers need to be served at different temperatures. The beer was right around 33-35 degrees (Sam should be served at 42 degrees). Whatever, very few bars pour their beer at the correct temperature. So we got our table and placed our order. We got the ahi tuna to start. Not to bad, seared outside raw inside. Decent dish. I ordered the wedge salad as well. Wedge was ok, but the chef left the base of the lettuce and had poor presentation. All in all, not a terrible wedge salad. However the waitress brought our steaks out while I had half of my salad left. So my steak sat there while I finished my salad. The steak however was horrible. When I order a steak at a restaurant I expect a well marbled, dry or wet aged steak and cooked to order and served at that temperature. I would give this steak a C- at best. I ordered it rare and the inside was rare, however the outside of the steak was also rare. The outside should be seared, this was clearly not. Also, I ordered horseradish on the side. The "horseradish" came on top and consisted of a mixture of butter, a touch of horseradish, and some other greasy bits. I asked the waitress to bring out horseradish and she said that was all they had. In conclusion, I would rate the steaks on part with Chilis or Applebees. Outback is not a steak place. I rather pay 2-3 times the money and get a good steak at Ruth's Chris or Peter Lugers, rather than save the dough and go to Outback.

We've been coming to this place for over ten years and have never been disappointed. My favorite thing at Outback is their Blooming Onion. It is so good. We order it every we have come. All I have to say is come to Outback. I am sure you won't be disappointed.
